My lab asks broad questions in the field of ecological genetics and genomics, that span diverse natural populations, communities, and even ecosystems.
In particular, we are interested to understand
how are populations and community dynamics influenced by the environmental condition? We are also investigating the ecological interactions that might govern such changes by applying theoretical frameworks in genetics, evolution, and ecology - all which have underlying importance in conservation biology, animal husbandry, health, and medicine.
We seek answers by analyzing genomics data from NGS using relevant statistical methods and bioinformatics approaches.
